Prima Tower declares to be the only revolving restaurant in Singapore, and was built to let diners enjoy the panoramic view of the sea. The restaurant specialises in Beijing cuisine. House specialties include the much-loved Peking Duck, where the crispy skin of the roast duck is wrapped in a thin Chinese pancake, and the Shredded Scallops with Fish and Egg White.
The restaurant is led by Hong Kong Master Chef Chan, who received the “Best Dish Award” in the Chinese Restaurant category for the Singapore Gourmet Guide in 2001.
